TII SCHEUERLE offers customers a comprehensive range of transport and manoeuvring solutions for on and off-road applications. The two and three-axle low-bed semi-trailers of the EuroCompact U9 series, specially optimised for weight and length, provide the perfect introduction to the TII SCHEUERLE product range. Thanks to the diverse combination options and the extensive range of accessories, they are the ideal transport solutions for construction machinery, steel and concrete components or containers and offer a payload of up to 48 tonnes. With a focus very much on the best possible user-friendliness and flexibility, TII SCHEUERLE has comprehensively further developed the EuroCompact U9 trailer – for even easier handling and a wider range of applications in everyday construction work as well as infrastructure projects.
Individually configurable: new gooseneck for SCHEUERLE EuroCompact U9
The new gooseneck of the EuroCompact U9 can now be adapted even more flexibly to the respective tractor unit thanks to variable coupling heights and optimised turning radii. Two independently controllable gooseneck supporting cylinders ensure coupling and uncoupling is made even easier, also on uneven terrain. A spring-loaded steering wedge ensures that permanent adjustment is no longer necessary – this saves time when changing tractors. TII SCHEUERLE set standards with the Clever Coupling System right from the product launch: it allows the gooseneck to be easily disconnected and reconnected even under demanding operating conditions.
2-in-1 solution: transporting construction and agricultural machinery using one deck
TII SCHEUERLE has significantly expanded the EuroCompact U9 deck programme. In addition to the proven, single-telescopic slab deck with a loading length of up to 12,610 millimetres, a new, double-telescopic version is now also available. With an overall height of just 260 millimetres and a loading length of up to 17,000 millimetres, it has set new standards in its class. An additional separation point in front of the bogie, in combination with an extension beam, allows precise, load-oriented pre-tensioning – for maximum driving stability with minimal overall height. At the same time, the deck can be extended to a total length of up to 30 metres. Another highlight: if required, the excavator deck can be converted into a loading deck for agricultural vehicles – a 2-in-1 solution that is unique on the market.
The further developments also extend to the pendulum axle bogie of the EuroCompact Trailer. Beside the proven wheelbase of 1,360 millimetres, a version with 1,500 millimetres is now also available.
Versatile and efficient: SCHEUERLE K25 for the most demanding applications in the construction, mining and energy industries
The SCHEUERLE K25 heavy-duty modules, which TII produces at two locations depending on customer requirements, are the ideal and economically efficient choice for a wide range of tractors and the most demanding applications. This includes the transport of oversized and extremely heavy construction vehicles, related components, prefabricated parts and high-performance transformers. Depending on requirements, the system can be easily and cost-effectively adapted or expanded.
Apart from the fully modular design of the series, the extensive range of accessories also contributes to its versatility. In Munich, TII SCHEUERLE will be presenting a combination consisting of a four-axle module with drawbar and a four-axle split module. As a result, it is possible to combine the K25 to form a 3-file combination in order to achieve vehicle widths of four to five metres thus realising an increase in stability.
For the most demanding tasks: SCHEUERLE SPMT always up-to-date thanks to the retrofit option
For meeting the greatest challenges in the construction, mining and energy industries, TII SCHEUERLE offers the SPMT platform transporters with 3, 4, 5 or 6 axle lines respectively. Thanks to the wide range of electronic or mechanical coupling options, they offer a theoretically unlimited payload. An additional advantage is the fully electric power pack unit (ePPU) which is now also available. It makes it possible to reduce the carbon footprint of heavy transport, avoid local emissions and operate in a quieter environment – ideal for operations in enclosed spaces and tunnels. Furthermore, the ePPU opens up new business perspectives for fleet operators: It meets even the most demanding environmental requirements in tenders and strengthens the ESG profile of companies. In spite of its environmentally friendly concept, the all-electric unit is in no way inferior to the most powerful diesel PPU. Its battery has been dimensioned to ensure that a whole working day is possible without requiring any intermediate charging.
