The ePPU’s efficient energy management ensures a normal SPMT workday and fastcharging options (300 kW DC) allow for a 20–80% charge in just 30 minutes. Charging during breaks minimizes downtime.
"Does charging take too long compared to refueling diesel?"
Overnight AC charging ensures a fully charged ePPU every morning, while high-power DC fast charging enables quick top-ups.
"Will the battery struggle in cold environments?"
The integrated highefficiency Battery Thermal Management System ensures stable operation in low temperatures. When parked, the charger maintains optimal battery conditions.
"Will the ePPU be too heavy?"
The removal of diesel components (fuel tanks, exhaust systems) balances the battery weight, ensuring the ePPU remains within the same weight range as its diesel counterpart.
