Team Leader Office Sales Position (m/f)


  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the sales office
  • Providing support to the field sales force, e.g. clarification of tender conditions, financing issues
  • International contract review
  • Coordination of departments in order to solve technical and commercial problems
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of internal sales processes and the interfaces to other areas, as well as the other production facilities of the Group
  • Active participation in order processing
  • Further development of sales controlling for products, sales channels, orders etc.
  • All tasks can include cross-site activities

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of commercial professional training, and further vocational training with resulting business management or technician qualification
  • Several years of relevant work experience in an industrial enterprise
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, confident and assured presence within the TII Group coupled with a high level of service orientation and empathy
  • Organisational skills and structured working methods
  • Very good English skills, second language (preferably French) is an advantage
  • SAP knowledge
  • Ability to understand technical issues
