On Monday, 3rd September 2018, a total of twelve young people began their vocational training or degree course at Scheuerle in Pfedelbach. Every year, the manufacturer of heavy-duty transporters - which is part of the TII Group – provides training opportunities for an above-average number of young individuals in the industrial-technical and commercial fields.

The subject of vocational training has a high priority at Scheuerle. Taking all apprenticeship and academic year levels currently in progress, around 50 young people are at present completing their apprenticeships or are studying at the Mosbach Campus of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Pfedelbach. Degree course students come from the specialist fields of industrial business administration or industrial engineering.

Attractive apprenticeship conditions

As a result, the next generation is optimally equipped to handle later tasks." After the apprenticeships have been completed, Scheuerle offers attractive jobs to virtually all graduates of the programme.

Fascination with heavy-duty transporters

"We are looking for young people with enthusiasm for vehicle construction who also bring a lot of commitment and team spirit," according to Benjamin Falk, training manager for the industrial-technical apprentices, when describing the requirements. "Our heavy-duty vehicles are used by our customers for exceptional transport tasks around the world. Working on the production of these vehicles is an exciting challenge every day. "
