NOSCO and TII Group -

close partners since 1950

The shared history of the Egyptian special transportation company NOSCO and the TII Group goes back to 1950 when the planned construction of the Aswan High Dam threatened the existence of the two Ramses II temples in Abu Simbel. In order to save the structures, the Abu Simbel temples were divided into 1036 blocks, each weighing between 7 and 30 tonnes, and transported on SCHEUERLE modular vehicles by NOSCO to a higher positioned location and re-built. Also today, NOCSO counts on the reliable vehicles of the TII Group for example at the Mustorod Refinery and has acquired to date a total of 116 axle lines of SCHEUERLE modular vehicles.
